Day 4: The Power of God's Presence
Reading: Romans 8:9-11, Matthew 28:18-20
Devotional: The apostle Paul reminds us that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in us (Romans 8:11). This is an astounding truth! The power that conquered death itself resides within every believer. This indwelling presence of God is what enables us to fulfill His calling on our lives.
How might your life look different if you truly lived in the reality of God's power within you? Consider areas where you've been relying on your own strength rather than God's power. Take time to invite the Holy Spirit to fill you afresh, empowering you for the tasks ahead. Remember Jesus' promise in Matthew 28:20: "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
