Reading: Mark 11:1-11; Mark 15:12-15
Devotional: The crowd that shouted "Hosanna" on Palm Sunday cried "Crucify Him" on Good Friday. Their enthusiasm was real, but it was based on their expectations, not God's plan. How often do we do the same—welcoming Jesus when we think He'll give us what we want, but turning away when His path leads somewhere difficult? True covenant relationship means saying "yes" to God's will even when it doesn't match our vision. This Holy Week, examine your commitment. Are you following Jesus only when it's convenient, or are you committed to Him regardless of where He leads? The same Jesus who rode into Jerusalem rode all the way to Calvary—for you. Will you follow Him there?
