Reading: Isaiah 41:8-13
Devotional: "Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God." You know Him—the God who carried you through the year you thought would break you, who met you at rock bottom and didn't leave you there, who remained faithful when you quit on Him. There's no magic in a calendar change, but there's power in remembering who goes with you. As you step into this new year, your prayer doesn't have to be "God, make it great." It can simply be "God, go with me." And His answer is always, "I will." You can be certain of one thing about the days ahead: God will be in your midst, working with you, going before you, surrounding you. The question isn't what will happen—it's who goes with you. And the answer changes everything.
